Is it background noise?  Do you watch sitcoms at night to quiet your mind, or do you watch epic series-based entertainment with full intent for the minutest of details?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are micro-lessons everywhere. You can watch <em>The Godfather<\/em> or <em>Mr. Robot<\/em>, for example, or <em>Game of Thrones<\/em>, for important overt messages centered around string-pullers and Machiavellian behaviors.  You can also watch <em>Seinfeld<\/em>, <em>How I Met Your Mother<\/em> or even <em>Spongebob Squarepants<\/em> <strong>with intent<\/strong> and extract valuable insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Train yourselves away from deliberate mind-numbing.
